INFO & FAQ
- Sign up: by the 20th (11:59 PM EST) to receive that month’s mail (Example: If you sign up between March 21st – April 20th, you’ll receive April’s theme)
- Shipping: Each month’s snail mail is prepared after the signup period closes on the 20th. Orders typically ship in the last week of the theme’s month or early in the following month, depending on timing and volume. Since each piece is created and packed by hand, shipping times may vary slightly; thank you for your patience! (Once shipped, please allow 5-10 days for domestic and 1-2 weeks for international shipping.) Outdoor Echo Snail Mail Club is sent via standard mail using a stamp, so tracking is not included.
- Payment: You’ll be charged when you sign up, and then again at the start of each new mail cycle (around the 21st of each month).
- Manage subscription: You can manage your subscription anytime through the customer portal to update your address, change payment info, or cancel.

- Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for the next month’s snail mail club, you must cancel before the 21st of the current month. Subscriptions automatically renew for the upcoming month’s mail on the 21st. Because each month’s mail is prepared shortly after, cancellations that are made on or after the 21st will apply to the following month, and you will still receive (and be charged for) the upcoming mail cycle. No refunds once billed. (Example: If you received April’s mail and do not want May’s, you must cancel before April 21. If you cancel on or after April 21, you will still receive May’s mail.)
