RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Can I return or exchange my item?

At this time, Outdoor Echo does not offer returns or exchanges. Please do not ship back your item; unfortunately I won’t be able to refund you. If something happened to your item in the shipping process, contact us for other options.

 

My item arrived damaged- will you ship me a new one?

Please contact me first, but in this case, you must ship the old one back so I can provide you with a new item. You will pay shipping for the damaged item to be returned. If the item has been damaged in the shipping process, I can try my best to send you another one. Contact for more info.

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

 

When will my order ship? 

Items typically ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed, though delays can occur when I’m experiencing a high volume of orders. 

 

Wrong Shipping Address

If you realize you sent the wrong shipping address, let me know ASAP! If I have already sent out the package after you realize this, we can review together what our options can be. There’s a chance that the address cannot be changed or intercepted and if this is the case, unfortunately I cannot refund you for the product. 

 

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost before it is delivered, please contact me so I can file a claim. I will keep in touch with the next steps afterward.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for your package if it goes missing or is stolen after it is delivered.
