RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Can I return or exchange my item?

At this time, Outdoor Echo does not offer returns or exchanges. Please do not ship your item back to us as we won’t be able to refund you. If something happened to your item in the shipping process, contact us for other options.

 

My item arrived damaged- will you ship me a new one?

In order to provide you with a new item, you must ship the old one back to us. You will pay shipping for the damaged item to be returned. If the item has been damaged in the shipping process, we can try our best to send you another one. Contact us for more info.

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

When will my order ship? 

Items typically ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed, though delays can occur when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. 

 

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost before it is delivered, please contact us so we can file a claim. We will keep in touch with the next steps afterward.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your package if it goes missing or is stolen after it is delivered.
